Yeah, I was disappointed with this chair. It seemed fine at first, but after just a few weeks the legs started getting wobbly. Not really what I expected, not good.

I swear, every single thing I went in looking for was out of stock. It was so frustrating, like the shelves had been personally cleared out just to ruin my day. I kept checking for the items I wanted, but they were never available...

I only browsed around afhomeph.com and didn’t end up buying anything. At first I thought the site was just a little busy, but honestly, well, maybe not terrible, just not really my style, the design felt kind of messy and a bit dated to me.

The photos and layout didn’t seem to fit together that well either, which made the shop feel less polished than I expected. It might just be my personal taste, and I almost kept looking, but I ended up leaving quickly.

The return ended up working out okay, but the warranty process was slow. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, this took a lot longer than I expected. It got resolved in the end, but I wish it had been a smoother and faster experience.

I felt like I was being completely ignored. I sent emails asking for an update on my order, and nobody ever bothered to reply. It’s really frustrating when you’ve paid for something and then you’re just left wondering what’s going on.

I ordered from afhomeph.com the delivery took way longer than it should have. It arrived well past the date they originally gave me, and I felt like I had to keep checking for updates on my own. Support wasn’t very helpful either, they mostly just told me to wait. The item itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the whole waiting process was frustrating. Personally, I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something to arrive on time.

The customer service was alright overall. I reached out about my order and they did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. By the time I got the reply, I was already feeling mentally drained from checking and wondering what was going on.
They were polite and did help me in the end, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. I just wish they sent updates a bit more often without me having to follow up, because that would’ve made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful.

I paid once, but uh, it still showed up as unpaid afterward. Frustrating and confusing to deal with.

The box showed up beat up, with the packaging torn and dented in a few spots. I was worried the item might be damaged too, so I ended up escalating the complaint to customer service to make sure it was documented.

I found the site easy to get around overall, and I could usually track down what I was looking for without getting too annoyed. I’m kind of picky about online shopping sites because I like things to feel simple and fast, but the clean pages and product photos definitely helped.
That said, a few parts loaded slower than I’d like, and the search and filters didn’t feel as smooth as they could be. Checkout also took me a minute to figure out the first time. It’s not a bad site at all, but personally I think it needs a bit of polishing before I’d call it really user-friendly.

The directions were decent, but a few of the screws didn’t quite line up, so assembly ended up taking longer than expected lol. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating in the moment.

It looked a lot nicer in the photos than it did when it showed up. The color was a little different, and the size felt kind of off compared to what was listed on the site. It’s still usable, so it’s not a total fail lol, but I was a bit disappointed since I thought it would match the listing better. Delivery was fine, but the product details could definitely be more accurate.

Once I paid, it felt like they stopped caring. My order showed up late, the box was dented, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I reached out to support and they just kept telling me to wait, which didn’t help at all. The whole delivery process was stressful, and I don’t really trust ordering from here again.

I really wanted to like this, but it broke after a short time and just feels cheap overall. The materials don’t seem very sturdy, and it doesn’t feel well made. I also reached out to support and got what felt like a generic copy-paste reply that didn’t really address my issue, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Definitely not worth it for me.

I felt like I spent way too much for what I actually got. The items looked sooo much nicer on the website, but in person they were just kind of average.
For the price, I was expecting something sturdier and better finished. Instead, it felt a bit cheap and not really worth the money I paid.
I don’t think I’ll be ordering from afhomeph.com again. There are definitely better options out there for the same price
